We're Erwin and Nader Villajani. We've both served as CFOs, and together we bring more than 40 years of experience across financial leadership, institutional finance, entrepreneurship and business operations. Our experience spans companies from early-stage ventures to organizations approaching $50 million in revenue, across technology, healthcare and education.
Across those roles, we kept coming back to the same insight: a plan creates value only when it's managed.

For us, the timing was also personal. We started Villajani as our twins were born. Becoming fathers made us think differently about what we wanted to create, and we wanted them to grow up watching us build something of our own.

Nader Villajani
Co-Founder
Nader began his career with a decade in institutional equity trading at Merrill Lynch, then served as CFO of companies in artificial intelligence and medical aesthetics. He brings an investor's perspective to financial and operating decisions.

Erwin Villajani
Co-Founder
Erwin began his career in Marcum's SEC practice before rising to CFO in education, at organizations with revenues up to $50 million. A two-time entrepreneur, he also co-founded an international seafood business that raised outside capital, so he knows both the owner's seat and the CFO's.

Erwin and Nader met on a volleyball court in New York in 2010, when Erwin was Nader's coach.
Today they're married, raising their twin boys in Santa Monica, California, and building Villajani together. They still find time for tennis and beach volleyball whenever the twins allow.
