This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our Website and related website-based communications. Information received in connection with an active client engagement may be governed by additional confidentiality, data-security, and information-handling provisions contained in the applicable engagement agreement or other written agreement with the client.

The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Website and with Villajani.
Information You Provide
When you schedule a consultation through the Website, you may provide:
first and last name;
email address;
company name;
information you voluntarily provide regarding what you would like to discuss; and
appointment scheduling information.
You may also voluntarily provide personal or business information when you contact us by email.
Please do not submit confidential financial records, financial account credentials, Social Security numbers, protected health information, or other sensitive or confidential information through the consultation scheduling fields or ordinary email unless Villajani has provided an approved secure method for transmitting that information.

When you visit the Website, Squarespace and technologies used to operate the Website may automatically collect certain information, including information about:

Internet Protocol (IP) address;
pages visited;
date and time of visits;
referring website or source;
Website interactions; and

3. Consultation Scheduling and Google Services
Villajani uses Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling to enable prospective clients to schedule consultations through the Website.
When you use the scheduling feature, information you submit through the booking interface is processed using Google services. This may include your name, email address, company name, information you voluntarily provide regarding the proposed discussion, and appointment information.
Scheduled consultations may use Google Meet for video conferencing.
Google's processing of information through its services is also subject to Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.
Villajani also uses Google Search Console to understand and maintain the Website's presence in Google Search results.
We do not currently use Google Analytics on the Website.
4. Squarespace and Website Analytics
The Website is hosted and operated using Squarespace.
Squarespace provides website infrastructure and analytics functionality and may process information about Website visits, devices, browsers, traffic sources, Website interactions, and related activity.
Villajani uses Squarespace Analytics and activity-log functionality to understand Website usage, maintain Website operations, and support security and performance.
Squarespace's processing of information is also subject to its applicable privacy policies and terms.

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies.
Some cookies are necessary for the Website to operate properly. Other cookies may support analytics, performance, or similar functionality.

Villajani does not sell personal information to data brokers for monetary consideration.

The Website may provide links that allow you to contact Villajani by email.

Information received in connection with an active client engagement may be subject to additional confidentiality, access-control, security, retention, and data-handling requirements under the applicable engagement agreement and Villajani's internal practices.
The Website and its general inquiry and scheduling functions are not intended to serve as repositories or transmission channels for confidential client financial records.
Clients should use only the communication, storage, and information-sharing methods approved for their engagement when transmitting sensitive information to Villajani.

Villajani CFO Consulting LLC is based in California.

Villajani does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar third-party advertising or remarketing technologies on the Website.
